4.ควรช่วยกันรักษาคุณธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีเอาไว้
5.หากว่าเราไม่ได้เป็นผู้ที่กระทำแต่หากพบเห็นบุคคลอื่นก็ควรที่จะว่ากล่าวตักเตือนให้เขาทำในสิ่งที่ถูกต้อง
6.ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ไม่ก่อความเดือดร้อนให้แก่บุคคลอื่น
8.ควรใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในเชิงสร้างสรรค์
